Climate control broken
Publié le 22 nov. 2023 sur HotelsI've stayed at Plaza35 before and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this time was different. The heater in the bathroom could not be turned off (the knob was broken), and remained on for the entire night. Even with the door shut, the bedroom temperature was 84F (29C) throughout the night. The AC unit was broken and an alarm was going off all night, so the window couldn't be left open. I suspect this was a bad-luck situation, but I wish the AC units and heaters were checked by staff, as they are involved in guest comfort!
