We had an excellent stay in this wonderful hotel celebrating our anniversary. Our room had its own private pool which was amazing. Staff are so kind and helpful - June at the bar was great! I would give this a 5 star. A must stay hotel in Siem Reap

Excellent resort. Feels like a five star hotel. Staff were very accommodating. Only suggestion would be for staff to be mindful of not underscoring when a person is travelling solo in interactions. It doesn’t translate well in some cultures and can make the person feel awkward.

This is a super spot in Siem Reap. The 2BR suite we had was huge and really well appointed. The pool and pool bar were great. Staff are awesome. Breakfast was really good with very good choices in Western, Asian and fresh fruit.

The staff were fantastic, helpful and very personable. The facilities were beautiful, including pool, restaurant, spa and room. Smaller property made for a relaxing stay. Used their airport pick up and drop off and temple tours with air-conditioned car and English speaking guide which were worth the convenience and learned alot from guide. Overall a wonderful stay.

Excellent staff and hotel with spa

Excellent stay. Warm Cambodian welcome with a much needed refreshing towel and cool drink. Couldn’t ask for more from the staff or the accommodation as a whole. Slightly away from downtown but an offer of a free Tuk tuk ride in the evening was a nice touch. Used the spa, booked the traditional Khmer massage. It was wonderful, 50% off at our time of booking too.

Our family of 7 stayed here for 6 nights. The property is well maintained and clean. The rooms are large and spacious. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. The location is close to Angkor Wat and other sightseeing areas as well as night markets and pub street. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast and when we had lunch or dinner the food at the restaurant was very good. Some of out family members used the spa facilities and enjoyed their massages. Our itinerary was too packed to enjoy their pool but it looked welcoming. I’d recommend this place to anyone but especially those who stay with family.

Tranquility in Siem Reap

Staying at the Metta Residence and Spa was an absolute delight! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a luxurious and relaxing experience, offering warm hospitality from the moment we arrived. Specifically, I’d like to call out June for her incredible customer service. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean.
