It's a small but very nice hotel indeed!
The location is perfect (15 minutes from the city center, 15 mins from the temples, in a quiet area), the place is clean and neat, and the restaurant provides good quality food when you need it.
You are always friendly welcome by a great team, ready to help you anytime. It's really a nice place that I recommend, and definitely the place where I'll stay next time I'm going again to Siem Reap!

Petit hôtel très accueillant, charmant

Pour : La situation, le calme, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel.
Emplacement : Siemp Reap et Pub Street : centre ville accueillant et authentique.
Angkor VAT à visiter avec un guide pour s’imprégner de la richesse du pays.
L'hôtel est très bien situé à égale distance du centre ville de Siem Reap et d'Ankgor Vat. 10mn en Tuck tuck. Ceci permet d'être au calme mais à proximité des attractions.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien décorées, propres et lumineuses avec balcon. La salle de bain équipée de douche et baignoire est remarquable. Très beau design.
Le personnel local de l'hôtel est très accueillant, chaleureux et toujours disponible. Ils personnalisent l'accueil et ont toujours une attention particulière. Ils conseillent et racontent leur expérience, c'est un beau partage.
Je retournerai dans cet hôtel sans hésiter et je le recommande à 100%.

On the first night, we had dinner at the hotel. We ordered some dishes from the menu provided, but they had run out of a couple ingredients or did not have them and could not prepared a dish in the way described in the menu. When we took a shower in the late evening, there was no hot water, and I had to take a cold shower. My wife waited for two hours until late night, then the temperature of the hot water got somewhat higher for taking a shower, but not enough. Their have poor facilities for preparing hot water. The local people might not need hot water, because it is very warm there. All the other services were excellent, though. The hotel workers were all very friendly.

First of all love the people that works at the hotel, and its hospitality, perfect customer service, great recommendations by the staff. Love the food, the breakfast included was amazing, the room was big and comfortable with a balcony. A beautiful terrace and pool. The location is perfect because you are just in between the temples and the pub street. The SPA was amazing. I felt in love with Cambodia, thank you to all the hotel staff, were wonderful and definitely I’ll come back!!!

Stayed only two nights, eat in hotel one night, food good, rooms lovely, Bar and Pool little but nice and Staff were amazing, we would stay again

Pleasant stay with very friendly staff
Publié le 5 déc. 2017 sur HotelsExcellent service and very friendly and attending staff. I was welcomed at the airport and taken to the hotel, which is nicely located close to the temples. It is just outside the city center, but the hotel offers tuktuk-ride (or car if available) to the centre in the evenings. Staff was extremely helpful in arranging guide and ride to the temples. Room was spacious and nice, with good wifi. Enjoyed also the breakfast.
