Amazing pool which is the real selling point of the hotel. Rooms are on the small size for some of the cheaper rooms, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast can get very bus, otherwise good offering is made.

Great stay in the city

I was there with my 7yo for a week. It was our second stay with Jen Orchard Gateway. We love everything about the hotel. From the great location with direct access to MRT, lovely staff, nice breakfast buffet, well designed room, nice swimming pool with pool side lounge. Everything is clean and well maintained. Would love to stay with the hotel again.

Room is clean and bright. Not much of a view for my room. Separate toilet and shower cubicle. Have to wear your clothes outside so not much privacy if not alone
