Great location and service!

Amazing location and service! Ivan was so nice and remembered our names during our stay and did a great tea ceremony for us. Location of the hotel was great, close to MRT and walking distance to great areas. Pool was beautiful. Only slightly not great things were the hot tub felt dirty and had a bad smell to it on the second night, and in the room our bathroom sink did not drain even after housekeeping came in, but these were minor. Overall amazing stay and would recommend again!

This is a lovely hotel. The main issue was the closure of the pool during our stay. This wasn’t made clear when we initially checked in. The alternative pool was nice but getting there was difficult and time consuming. I appreciate that facilities need to be updated but there was limited acknowledgement about the inconvenience.

I stayed at The Clan Hotel for 3 nights and had an excellent experience. The service was consistently attentive and warm, and the location is truly prime—perfectly situated for exploring the city. The design of the hotel is modern yet welcoming, with thoughtful little touches that make the stay feel special. My room, gym, and the rooftop had a beautiful view, which made it even more enjoyable. The only downside was a faint smell in the room washroom, which I suspect may have been due to a drainage issue. Overall, I would highly recommend The Clan Hotel for its outstanding service, design, and location. I would definitely stay again.

Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. We were early but were able to leave our luggage with them whilst we explored. Room was clean and spacious with all you need. Nothing bad to say at all.

I was a bit disappointed by the swimming pool. Since I knew there was a lot people during the day, I went at 6am which is when they open, there was no one but it seemed that they didn’t clean up from the previous night. Towels everywhere, dirty sunbeds.
