Terrific property!! Highly recommend the club level. The service, location and overall property is amazing. It’s not as stuffy as the Raffles or Las Vegas vibe you get at the Sands. It’s the perfect mix between luxury, style and service.

The bar that the staff at the Ritz Carlton have set in terms of customer service is something every hotel and resort should strive for! From check-in through the daily experience including breakfast, tea, coffee, roomservice and concierge, every single member does what it takes to make your experience a truly memorable one! I had such a pleasant experience at the Ritz-Carlton in Singapore. Cannot recommend club access enough especially for the incredible hospitality (shoutout to Winston) and the views of Marina Sands Bay + the delicious food throughout the day. I had the pleasure of checking in with Francesca at the front desk who provided wonderful recommendations and made sure my check in process went smoothly. Sadly, the room took a bit to be ready during this busy period. However, the concierge on the club floor (didn’t catch his name) was so accommodating and kind and upgraded me to a suite because my room would be delayed in cleaning. It was such a pleasant surprise especially after a 2 week trip throughout Southeast Asia and ending it here was such a highlight. The staff was absolutely high class, the food at the Colony was delicious and just over worth every single penny.

Every time I am in Singapore, this is my go-to hotel. It is pricy but I believe it is worth it. The buffet breakfast is one of my favorite parts of this hotel as well as the nice spa smell when you enter the lobby. The rooms are cosy and I love the view from the high floors of the Marina Bay. The staff are pleasant, helpful and kind. They used to have more free shampoos/conditioner/lotions but they seem to have reduced that feature in the bathroom. Otherwise, the room and bathroom are nice. The shower has great water pressure and rainfall water head for a nice relaxing shower after a long day of walking around in humid weather. Bathtub is standard size so not suprised I couldn't fit in it. I've stay at the Marina Bay Sands and other nice hotels in the area. I still really prefer the Ritz.

I have stayed at multiple Ritz-Carlton hotels in various countries and have always been satisfied with the experience. However, my recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Singapore left a deep impression—unfortunately, for the wrong reasons. The room facilities were noticeably outdated. Upon entering the room, I was immediately hit by a strong musty wooden smell. Within ten minutes, I began experiencing allergy symptoms such as a runny nose and watery eyes. After approximately 30 minutes of discussion with the front desk, I was relocated to another room on the same floor. This new room had been pre-sprayed with a fragrance, and I initially did not feel any discomfort. Unfortunately, after about two hours, the same musty wooden odor returned strongly. In addition to the odor issue, the bathroom in the first room had a clogged sink drain, and in the second room, the faucet did not function properly. Overall, this was a disappointing experience at The Ritz-Carlton in Singapore. While the hotel boasts an excellent location and a pleasant surrounding environment, the room conditions were not in line with the high nightly rate of $750 USD.

Haven in Singapore

Just a quick overnight in Singapore. Complete luxury stay. Only downgrade was due to the fact that bedside electrics did not work at first and required maintenance man to come and fix it, which he did.
