The condos are spacious and adequately equipped. Valets were great. The view of the water was gorgeous. The downside was the temperature was quite warm in the unit despite turning the thermostat down. This made it very difficult to sleep.

One of our key priorities is to provide the highest level of friendly and courteous service to all our guests staying at this 4.5-star Marriott resort. We always welcome guest feedback. The Marriott AC units run on a green program to conserve energy, The AC and will automatically shut off if the balcony door is open. Even if there is a hairline crack, it will trigger the mechanism. The AC also functions on a sensor, if movement is not detected in the room, it will also enter energy mode. Wasn’t a good stay- unit needs maintenance

Although the unit is nice, and even though the property managers were very responsive, there’s a number maintenance issues. Unit was dirty. They must wash the sheets in the unit and leave them…all were wrinkled…. Leaving us wondering if someone had already slept on them. Furniture is worn out. And the bed in the master…awful. They put a 4” soft foam topper atop a worn out failed mattress. You’d need to be really strong to operate the slider to the balcony.

We strive to hold our units to the highest cleanliness and sanitation standards. Our housekeeping stores multiple sheet sets in our condos inventory and they are washed, sanitized, and changed after every guest. As mentioned by email, our mattress is provided by the same hotel supply company as Marriott and has been replaced within the last 18-24 months. All of our guests have all have a different comfortability preference. We always look to exceed guest expectations and hope to serve you again whenever your travels bring you back to Singer Island.

I would never rent from Singer Island rentals again! The unit I rented was extremely warm. I asked for the AC to be turned down 2° but management refused. They said it is just warmer in the summer months. So I had to open the front door and let in the air conditioned air in from the hotel hallway. Plus, my reservation was canceled halfway through my stay. I had to get new keys every day -sometimes two in one day - to access my unit until I left - about eight in total! One of the toilets was not operating properly also. Definitely will never use singer island rentals again!

Our minimum temperature that our thermostats are set to is 65 degrees. To avoid the coils from freezing and causing damage to the machine, the A/C auto generates the temp from dropping below 65 degrees. Unfortunately, as the booking company, we do not have the authority to override the machine’s manufacturing presets. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we are happy to confirm that the AC was functioning efficiently during your stay. We are also happy to report that upon notice of the toilet not working properly for you, our maintenance team was able to address this for you in a very timely manner. Lastly, I do want to confirm that your accurate reservation dates were provided to the Marriott front desk. We apologize on Marriott's behalf for the one-time glitch in their system. However, we ensured that your correct reservation dates in their system and mitigated this from further happening for the remainder of your stay. We always look to exceed guest expectations and hope to serve you again whenever your travels bring you back to Singer Island.
