A lot of construction no access to amenities, charged for parking , debree falling from the building very dangerous

Thanks for staying with us! However, debris falling from the building seems unlikely due to the fact that there is no construction happening above the first-floor level. Please contact us to inform us of exactly what debris you are referring to. Again, this should not be possible due to the fact that there is no construction happening on any floors other than the first. Higher floors have been completed months ago. Thanks for your feedback!

This hotel was under major renovation and was not disclosed prior to booking. No bar, no restaurant, no pool. A total rip off and total disappointed. We will not book with Expedia again when they don’t disclose important facts. And we will make sure to tell everyone and blog about this experience unless we are refunded a significant amount of the $500 cost of the room. The hotel told us these facts WERE disclosed to Expedia so it was total negligence, or maybe unscrupulous, that it was not disclosed to us prior to booking. Very unhappy.

Only issue was ongoing construction. It will be a very nice, renewed property when the renovation is complete.

This is a construction site… I’m paying $300 a night for a resort with a restaurant and pool and all of that is a construction site. I have no idea how that’s not listed in the description or why they’re still charging full price. The staff is friendly and the room is clean but there are no amenities. I’m feeling like I’ve been taken advantage of.

Right on the beach! Hotel is under renovation and staff go out of their way to help guests navigate the work.

The hotel is under renovation with 1 temporary lousy restaurant. Pool is under renovation. Very noisy with workers and equipment. There was no mention of the renovation when we booked!!!!! There are only 3 floors available during the reno. They are still charging regualr prices with tbe ongoing renovation. Beach is great and is the only option. Buyer beware
