On the second floor there is a shaded terrace, 3 bedrooms: one double and the other two doubles, 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The whole house is equipped with heat pumps (hot/cold). Adjacent to the kitchen there is a small service area with the washing machine. The house is surrounded by a large courtyard; in a reserved space of the latter there is a comfortable shower equipped with hot water.
