Solanas Beach House

Exceeded our expectations! Beach and ocean is steps from a fantastic out door space (covered seating/dining, uncovered lounge space and fabulous rooftop seating). The area is super quiet in Oct/Nov but we were able to find everything in nearby Villasimius 20min drive away. The beach and swimming is great for adults and families alike. The host did everything to support and make us comfortable. The house is well laid out to ensure you are able to enjoy an ocean front property. Only allowed to give 5 stars but our experience was a 10!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus auf Sardinien!Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer für uns da. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Das leckere Gebäck als Willkommensgeschenk hat allen geschmeckt - vielen Dank dafür!Die Lage direkt an dem wunderschönen Strand ist einfach unschlagbar.Besonders genossen haben wir die Dachterrasse mit dem fantastischen Ausblick, der perfekte Ort, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt, so dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhaus am Meer

Das Ferienhaus war einfach traumhaft! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, sodass man jederzeit das Meer genießen konnte. Die Aussicht vom Haus aus war atemberaubend, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war perfekt: modern, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht, war vorhanden. Besonders die liebevollen Details haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, uns sofort wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Von einer wunderbaren überdachten Terrasse gelangt man durch einen gepflegten Garten mit Palme zu seinem eigenen Strandzugang. Bei unsere Ankunft war noch kein Grill vorhanden und einen Tag später wurde uns ein Nagel neuer Grill zur Verfügung gestellt. Einfach Perfekt! Dadurch ein Highlight unsere herzliche Vermieterin Lusiella , die uns herzlich willkommen geheißen hat. Sie war immer ansprechbar & hilfsbereit. Wir wurden auch mit örtlichen Leckereien beschenkt. Herzlichen Dank nochmals 🙏 Insgesamt war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt und wir kommen definitiv wieder! Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die eine Auszeit am Meer suchen.

Perfekter Strandurlaub

Ein Strandhaus, das seinen Namen verdient! Man wohnt direkt am wunderschönen Strand von Solanas. Gartentüre auf, 20 m bis zum herrlich sauberen Wasser, anschl. im Garten in den Schatten gelegt. Perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, Bad und Küche sind neuwertig. Luisella ist eine sehr gastfreundliche und sympathische Vermieterin. Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Villasimius gefahren, die Restaurants im Ort hatten Anfang Oktober noch geöffnet. Wer einen Strandurlaub in einem schönen Haus mit exklusiver Lage sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Empfehlung!

Maison de Vacances de rêve !

Maison parfaite, idéale sur la plage , très calme , très bien équipée à la fois pour l’intérieur que l’extérieur (ballon de plages, masques, transats…), accueil charmant, hôte très disponible et conciliante (nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin et avons pu disposer de la maison). Wunderbar 10 von 10 Punkten!

Die besten Ferien in Sardinien. Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren nach Sardinien aber noch nie hatten wir ein solch schönes Haus. Alles war tipptopp sauber, grosser Kühlschrank, gute Betten, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum. Wunderbarer Garten, wo wir ganz entspannt relaxen konnten auf den zahlreichen Liegen. Zum wunderschönen Strand und Meer sind es 20m. Wir haben die Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse eingenommen, dieser Ausblick? einfach der Wahnsinn. Alles war perfekt. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus zu 100% besser kann man es fast nicht treffen. Für uns wird es schwierig in einen anderes Haus zu gehen, weil wir in all den vielen Jahren noch nie so ein tolles rundum Paket hatten. Vielen Dank an Luisella und Davide, es waren wunderschöne Ferien.

Wunderschönes Strandhaus in perfekter Lage

Wir, Familie mit drei Kindern (11, 16 und 18), hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einem tollen Haus direkt am Strand. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, alles frisch renoviert. Haus und Einrichtung sowie Ausstattung sind im neuen Zustand. Das Haus befindet sich in einer tollen Lage. Man gelang durch ein kleines Tor direkt zum schönen Strand von Solanas. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Luisella die Vermieterin, ist einfach wunderbar, sie sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war auch kein Problem, dass wir am Abreisetag länger im Haus bleiben durften, da unsere Fähre erst am Abend ging. Zum Abschied brachte Luisella uns ein riesiges Tablett mit sardischer Süßspeise. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Extrem schönes Haus

Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub in diesem sehr schön gestalteten Haus. Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich gut, wirklich direkt am Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzliche Menschen, die Mutter sowie der Sohn sind unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Terassen sind toll mit direktem Meerblick. Genau so muss ein Urlaub sein. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Luisella, Tina und Davide.

Traumhaftes Strandhaus

Dieses wunderschöne Haus liegt direkt am Strand von Solanas mit einem süßen Garten, schattiger Terrasse, mit mega Blick auf das türkisblaue Meer, wo es sich sehr gut essen lässt und einer großen Dachterrasse zum Sterne gucken bei Nacht. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert, die Zimmer liebevoll, sardisch eingerichtet und super sauber, riechen gut und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, die Küche ist schön modern ausgestattet und die Badezimmer sehr hübsch gefliest, neu und angenehm und sauber. Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern wundervolle Tage verbracht und würden am liebsten hier wohnen bleiben. Ein ganz liebes Dankeschön an Davide und seine liebe Mama Luisella, sie sind und waren sehr aufmerksame und liebevolle Gastgeber! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Schönes Haus mit Parkplatz im abgezäunten Hof, mit grossem Wohnesszimmer mit gut eingerichteter Küche und wunderschöner schattiger Terrasse mit Blick auf den schönen Garten, Strand und Meer. Sehr praktische Gartendusche mit Warmwasser. Zusätzlich Dachterasse mit tollem Blick auf den Sternenhimmel. Sehr sauberes klares Wasser, wunderbar zum Schwimmen, für Kleinkinder Einstieg aber zu steil. Hübsches Dörfchen mit gutem Weinladen, Bar, Lebensmittelladen und Restaurant. Sehr nette Vermieter. Mein bisher schönster Strandurlaub.

das haus ist sehr schön gross und gepflegt. die vermieter sind super nett. wir sind vom 1-15sep. dort gewesen und es war sehr schön ruhig am strand und super warm noch zum baden.
