The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house built in 1997 and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in the centre of the village. The residence is popular also because of its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. The following are available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, parasol, sun lounger, children’s playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and courtyard. Swing, bowling. By arrangement with the landlord, there is the possibility to experience a rally test drive with a 15% discount. Cots and highchairs are available on request.

Siofok, 150 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1800 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Apartment BAL SIO 400 (6 people) and BAL SIO 401 (6 people) are in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
