Decent stay, at bit dissatisfied with the facility. Got a suite that felt like it was from the 2000s. But overall the service from housekeeping was excellent. The pool room was very hot and felt like they didn't even try to cool it. But like I reflected in my review, overall decent 3/5 stay

The man at the front desk spoke English well and was helpful and friendly, but the two rooms we rented had a musty smell and everything seemed damp. The condition of the hotel and rooms in general were worn and in need of repair.

Dim lighting hides drabbiness!

Very dark room. Few lights. Dated. Toilet ran continuously. Tub drained poorly. Mentioned these issues the next morning but staff didn’t seem to care.

Do better

Although the staff was friendly, the accommodations were undesirable. A full makeover is required even before they call it a hotel. There was mildew in the shower, tub had a history of dirt etched into it, and my kid found someone’s nail clippings in their room.
