The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It looks new and well cared for. We had a very nice experience with the morning manager. She was friendly and went out of her way to help us with a problem we had that wasn’t the hotels fault.

It took 20 minutes for the clerk to get to the desk when we arrived. She seemed out of it. Bed wasn't the most comfortable and the pillows were too small.

We were supposed to have VIP of two beverage coupons. Nothing was offered to us. We came back to our room the second night and our key card would not open our door. The staff person made us new key cards but really did not engage with us at all.
