Our room had no shower curtain, and although I attempted several times to get the curtain, they did not show up with one until after 9PM. Also the pool was out of order. It was open when I got there at 3PM, and there was no mention that it would be closed. When we went to use it an hour later it was closed, so we were upset.
Nice location, skeleton staffing, good breakfast.

Check in was quick, staff super friendly, and the dog fee was only $20, not $25 as listed. My dog enjoyed the biscuit and we enjoyed the complimentary beer and wine from 5-7. The pool and hot tub were great, as were our rooms. Glad we stumbled upon this place!

Everything is 4.0 except mattress is a big zero! Why stay in a hotel? Sleep well. Major fail . Mattress in terrible condition ruined a good sleep!

Very clean and very helpful staff. Always love coming back to this hotel specifically! 10000/10 ratings. I wouldn’t see why you would go to other hotels when this one has all you need!
