Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude , pas d'internet , et 'eau coule par le toit .

Fecis all over toilet and bathroom. Staff got mad because she thought we put the key card on the desk to hard. She called manager and followed us outside while recording us and our vehicle. Manager didn’t see an issue with staffs behavior. We didn’t stay and they refused to refund our money for the room.

Hotel is dated but for the money no complaints. Well the pillows really suck. Please change to full size pillows. It would greatly improve the experience

My room was nice. Price for my 2night stay was nice so I didn't expect luxury. Hair dryer didn't work and there were alot of tools and repairs in the hallway. But we were there for swimming and waterslide and my granddaughters enjoyed both to the fullest. I will return.

Lady at front desk thought spending time with here friend on phone was more important than taking care of my needs

They were working on the heat cause it was out was cold all night

So sorry about the heating issue. When the weather gets -50 wind chill, the units have a very hard time trying to keep up with the weather. On top of the cold, it caused some pipes to break as well. Our maintenance team were up to all ours of the night keeping the water running.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but did not heat very well in the cold temps. The hallway was freezing cold and constantly filled with smoke. Talked to staff about rooms around being loud and fighting in the night as well as smoking indoors. I was informed that they had squatters in the surrounding rooms that they could not evict. The wing with the breakfast bar was warm and clean. The hotel only had a few others staying so I don’t know if my using this app to get a discount is why we were given the bad wing or what. I usually stay at the holiday inn but wanted the slide for my kid which was down anyways. I will never book here again.

So sorry about the experience you had here. When the artic blast hits Sioux Falls, it hits us hard. On top of the heating issues we experienced, we had some water pipes break, as well as other businesses and schools in the area. Our maintenance team worked extensively throughout the night to get the water back up and running. As much as we try to control the no smoking in the rooms, as we do charge a 300.00 smoking fee, some are reluctant to follow the hotel policies. As for where you were placed, it's not based on prices but availability of rooms. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the hotel and ask for me.

Lovely Service

We had to cancel due to weather and they didn't try to take the deposit or anything which is much more honest and kind than some of the large hotels. Such good people
