Enjoying a quiet location down a private drive, this cottage forms part of an exclusive development of a former cotton mill and workers’ cottages.
Malham Cove, with its limestone amphitheatre and the gorge of Gordale Scar, is within easy walking distance, as is Malham Tarn, one of the largest natural areas of water in Yorkshire. Alternatively, the market towns of Settle and Skipton are close by and offer a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants. The Settle to Carlisle Railway Line, on occasion, offers travel by steam train. Skipton enjoys a wide, sweeping High Street with a Norman castle standing guard at the top. The Leeds-Liverpool canal traverses Skipton and outlying villages, with canal day trips from Skipton a great alternative way to view the area. Farm shop 2 miles, pub/restaurant ¾ mile.
