All rooms of the villa are south-facing and offer breathtaking views, floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces suitable for an early morning coffee on the balcony. While the first floor with its spacious living room with fireplace, a modern, fully equipped kitchen and the open dining room will be the central meeting point for your family, the upper floor has more bedrooms and an area with a sofa where your children can enjoy playing on the console.



The villa's essential vacation courtyard is dominated by a long, heated infinity pool with a built-in whirlpool and a sun deck where you can relax or your children can play. Your children will certainly be happy to run around in the children's playground. Next to the pool is a summer kitchen for socializing with good food. There is also a private vegetable garden on the property where you can pick fresh vegetables every day for delicious and healthy meals. Evenings are best spent around the comfortably padded open fire pit, enjoying the cozy warmth when the evening is cooler.



The incomparable nature of Dalmatia is yours to discover. You live close to the Krka National Park and can quickly reach Lake Visovacko and Lake Prokljan. Enjoy the tranquillity of the natural surroundings, which are ideal for walks, hikes and cycling tours. For an active vacation, there is a whole range of activities, such as the adrenaline-pumping zip line over the Cikole Gorge, a boat trip to the Kornati National Park or a jeep safari in the mountains of Velebit. Also worth a visit is the ancient town of Skradin, home to excellent restaurants and a luxury marina. The cities of Split, Zadar and Sibenik can be reached quickly thanks to the good transport links to the highway!
