Gorgeous Ocean and Sound Views Await at Good Better Beach!

Good Better Beach - Oceanview and Soundview in North Topsail Beach 4BR/3.5BA/Sleeps 11 - Elevator, Pet Friendly

Located on a corner lot just steps to beach access, you will enjoy the incredible ocean and sound views from the 6 decks of Good Better Beach. A whole-home elevator is a wonderful convenience for luggage, groceries, and guests. Good Better Beach is also pet friendly (one pet is allowed with a $300 non-refundable pet fee). In April 2020, the entire interior of the home was painted and new mattresses were placed in all bedrooms.

The large living room boasts ocean to sound views with windows on three sides and sliding glass doors to the deck. Enjoy your favorite shows with a large flat-screen TV/DVD/Roku. This is a great spot for movie nights and relaxing.

A large kitchen and dining area will allow guests to enjoy family cooked meals with the conveniences of home. Coffee Maker, Keurig machine, Margaritaville Blender, and tons of cookware accompany the granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining room table seats 8...4 additional bar height chairs for counter dining are situated right next to the table. A covered picnic table is also on the ground level for guests.

All 6 decks have ocean and sound views, with plenty of chairs and tables to allow for great memories to be made at the beginning and end of each day.

A private Master Suite on the top floor has a California King Bed, two private decks, a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with beautiful sound views. This Master Bedroom suite has a separate seating area and desk.

The second floor offers 3 additional bedrooms, all of which have Flat Screen TV’s:
‱ Guest Bedroom with King Bed and ensuite full bathroom
‱ A Kids Bunk Room with a Twin XL over Queen Bunk Bed*
‱ Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed*
*These two bedrooms share a full bathroom

Washer/Dryer is also located on the second floor. No smoking is allowed in this home.

Plenty of parking is available, along with an outdoor shower for washing off sandy toes on the way home from the beach.

Linens (bed sheets and towels) are not included with your rental.

For peak season rentals (April through October), Sunday Check-In and Check-Out are requested.

Please note home has a camera under the home where both entrances can be viewed for safety purposes.

What a spectacular time we had at this beautiful beach home! So many decks on which to relax and take in the sunrises and sunsets! Cooked our traditional Thanksgiving meal; baked Christmas cookies and shared breakfasts in the comfortable dining area. Reading on the beach was easy thanks to the great beach chairs!Can’t recommend this property enough! We created wonderful memories here! Christy is a responsive and kind host who will make your stay special!

Our stay was a quick getaway family reunion. Even though it rained throughout the entire weekend, the property had enough space to accommodate six adults. The property itself was more than comfortable. clean, kitchen well stocked, beds were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not venture out much due to the weather, but the view from the balcony was awesome.

Very clean, and a short walk to the beach. The elevator worked great bringing our gear up. Outdoor shower worked great washing our sand off. We bought groceries and didn't even need to go out to eat there was a fantastic kitchen to cook in.

So awesome!!!

Our party of 8 came down for a week to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from UNCW. This house worked out perfectly. The elevator made it easy for my 80 year old parents. Kristy was so quick with answering questions and made the house super comfortable. Quick access to the beach, great beach! Had the best time, can’t thank you enough Allison. Would not change a thing.

Perfect Getaway

Our family has been renting good better beach for 4 years now and we absolutely love it. It’s the perfect location with a beautiful view. We spend most of our time out on the porch where you can see the ocean and sound with a constant breeze. The beach is an easy walk. Everything is always clean and Christy is always super helpful. This rental has become a yearly tradition for our family.

Excellent!!

Everything at the house was wonderful! It was clean, well stocked/labeled cabinets etc making it easy for us to settle in. We had a work retreat with 4 folks staying at the house and another 5 joining for meetings. Everyone was so impressed with the space, N Topsail, and the comfort of the common room. Unfortunately we were under flood conditions the whole time but a huge plus: the parking pad below the house stayed clear of standing water (unlike many neighbors) so even in torrential downpour, the house stood strong and dry.Key thing to know: linens and basic toiletries are not provided so be sure to bring your own or rent/buy when you arrive.

Birthday Celebration

Our family celebrated a milestone birthday with fun and games and runs on the beach. The house had a perfect layout for our family to gather and celebrate. Our granddaughter even said she wanted to live here!! She loved her bunk room who she shared with her sister.

Lovely beach access!

Our family of 6 and two friends enjoyed this comfortable, calming home. Beautifully decorated and the communication was fine. Comfy beds and pillows! Nicely equipped kitchen. Seemed to be well kept up - although while there one remote and one door lock failed; guessing it is a battery problem? Access to main deck was difficult due to rusted sliding channel. A couple of chairs need to be tightened
Overall, nothing we couldn’t work around. The only other frustration was the electricity was turned off for two hours midday while a pole was replaced outside. I will note that it is probably far easier to rent linens rather than bring sheets and towels for eight!! Wish I had opted for that. replaced outside.

Beautiful and Spacious Home

The house was absolutely perfect for my adult family. While we weren’t in the house the majority of our stay, when we were there, our family was more than comfortable. We had space for privacy, beautiful accommodations, and a great living room to watch football together. Highly recommend.
