Good stuff - comfy bed, good sized fridge w/working freezer, safe, iron/ironing board, microwave, good shower, nice front desk personnel Bad stuff - I stayed 6 nights and housekeeping came once, WiFi was almost unusable (they did reset it 2x for me which seemed to help a bit), shower fan was super loud and rackety, light fixture hanging off the wall by wires, terrible quality toilet paper You get what you pay for on this one, no frills, but not expensive which is nice for longer stays.

Walking distance to several restaurants. Bathroom in room needs a lot of work. The tile around the shower has mold. For that reason my wife and I decided not to take showers. The coating on the bathtub was peeling and looked bad and the bathroom door could not be closed. The bedroom part of the room was fine. We feel we should get a partial refund of our fee for these issues.

The property has a good location close to several restaurants. However, the bathroom had several issues. First, the tile in the shower looks like it has mold so my wife and I decided to forgo taking a shower. The tub is peeling its outer layer and looks bad. Also, the door to the shower/toilet could not close as it is out of alignment with the door frame. We feel we should get a partial refund considering these irregularities. There was no one in the office to speak to about these issues when we checked out.

Very disappointed with this place! The bedding was clean, but the bathroom needs to be updated. No amenities! Breakfast was not much, coffee all gone, no hot water for instance oatmeal. Dirty outside. You get what you pay for! I’ve stayed at other Baymont and they were all fine.

the property had comfortable bed and pet friendly. could definately be cleaner, could see light all around door. felt uncomforatible and did not take shower. grounds needed swept and washed down lots of glass in driveway. trash was wide open. expected more from the Windham s Property apparently was updated by previous company but that appears to be years ago. needs substancial investment to get it up to reasonable quality standard. Floor in dining room was water damaged and while photos look good, the reality of the rooms and property were substandard. And as my wife just added. "thats as kind as we can be. "
