Not a great experience

Our stay was mediocre. The air conditioner was extremely loud when it started up every 10 minutes, so was very difficult to get any sleep whatsoever. I don’t anticipate driving through Socorro again, but I would definitely choose a different hotel if I ever did.

It was older, not super clean. Def not vacuumed. Had what i can only guess was a mouse eat through some food that was on a table. As in sealed unopened protein bar. Amd some food in zip locks. Staff didnt seemed surprised by this. Said i should be happy ot wasnt ants. Water from the sink was questionable at best. Looked closer to milk then water. Positives. Had filtered water in lobby. Breakfast was good and had some to go options.

The property was nice. Clean room, nice pool and hot tub. Very good shower, steady temperature. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Only complaints were: only two ice machines and one didn't work and the breakfast was severely lacking. Powdered eggs and microwave bacon.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The air conditioner was not cold when we first arrived and the staff were responsive and efficient in response to our request to fix it. Breakfast was delicious and the staff made it to order at any time during the breakfast hours. The location is very convenient, as there are a number of restaurants, a delicious coffee shop (Que Suave), and Walmart all within walking distance. The pool and hot tub are clean and enjoyable. The gym and sauna are also clean and fun. We stayed 8 days/7 nights and it was a great stay. Thank you!

Everything was great

Everything about this stay was great. Big room, clean, cool, comfortable beds, close to shopping, well lighted parking lot. Pool looked nice. Wish I’d had my swimsuit. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for bikes

Nice clean comfortable room. On a motorcycle and felt safe to park outside. Storm was moving in and the got us checked in early. Great place.

Room was very cozy. Not much to see in Socorro, so spent most of my time in the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Local restaurant was within walking distance. It was a nice vacation to see another’s part of New Mexico.

No pillowcases

Front desk ladies (check in & out) were so helpful and friendly and considerate. But had 5 pillows with NO pillowcases stacked on table next to bed, front desk was able to provide one pillowcase. Room was clean and nice refrigerator and comfortable bed.
