Publié le 14 août 2023 sur HotelsJ'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner au Best Western à Sofia et je suis ravi de partager mon expérience. L'hôtel offre un espace spacieux qui a grandement contribué à mon confort pendant mon séjour. Une des caractéristiques qui m'a particulièrement enchanté, c'est la disponibilité de Netflix dans la chambre, ce qui a ajouté une touche agréable à mes moments de détente.
Un autre avantage majeur est le petit-déjeuner gratuit offert par l'hôtel. Cela a été une agréable surprise et m'a permis de commencer mes journées avec un repas copieux sans avoir à chercher un endroit pour manger à l'extérieur.
Le personnel de l'hôtel s'est montré professionnel et courtois, répondant à mes besoins avec diligence. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était également pratique, ce qui m'a permis d'accéder facilement aux attractions et aux commodités locales.
Bien que mon expérience ait été globalement très positive, je réserve une note de 4 étoiles sur 5 en raison de quelques petits détails mineurs. Cependant, je recommanderais certainement le Best Western à Sofia pour son espace spacieux, l'accès à Netflix et le petit-déjeuner gratuit, ainsi que pour le service amical et l'emplacement pratique.

Sejour au top.
Sauf , la douche . Nous avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant notre sejour de 2 nuits, car probleme de bruleur !

Je commence par les points positifs car ça sera rapide (l’emplacement de l’hôtel est proche des transports et bien desservi, la chambre est spacieuse). Les points négatifs et il ne s’agit pas de liste exhaustive (la propreté est vraiment à revoir, le ménage n’est jamais fait. L’accueil est moyen ( vraiment revoir ) pareil pour le buffet. Les soirs la chambre pue la cigarette car il y a des personnes qui fument dans les chambres à côté et l’odeur par les ouvertures des aérations, j’ai appelé la dame de l’accueil ( d’un certain âge) le soir pour lui dire que je ne pourrai pas supporter l’odeur étant asthmatique, avec une arrogance sans égale me dit que ce n’est pas vrai, elle remet en doute mes dires, alors que j’avais le droit à un surclassement ou de changer de chambre étant membre VIP mais j’ai laissé faire) le jour de mon départ au moment de rendre la carte de la chambre, la même dame me l’arrache des mains.
Il s’agit de ma pire expérience et je tenais à exprimer ma déception. Si vous cherchez un hôtel avec un bon accueil, propreté, passez votre chemin.

Excellent hotel
Publié le 1 mars 2024 sur HotelsFirst of all, I'd like to say that Bulgaria is a very wonderful place with lots of interesting things to see and it's history is amazing, I really enjoyed my visit to Sofia.
The hotel is based in a very convenient area so it's easy to get to most of the attractions on foot.
The customer service was excellent, Victoria and Magi were very helpful and smiling at all times. Thanks girls.
I would definitely recommend not just this hotel but the country since I had a wonderful stay. In love with Bulgaria ❤️

Excellent Stay

We arrived exhausted at 6am via bus and were greeted with excellent service at thus hotel! We were able to check in several hours early for a fee and enjoy a complimentary and delicious breakfast. The staff was lovely and kind. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel itself is located close to the subway and bus terminal and bus stop. We had a flight back and were able to get a cheap taxi called on by the gentleman working at the front desk. I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay at Best Western Terminus!
