Hôtel bien situé en plein centre
Chambre spacieuse et confortable
Propreté
Piscine chauffé ( mais très petite )
Les moins :
Notre chambre avait une vue sur le rond point en face de l’hôtel , la nuit nous étendions les voitures ( klaxon , sirène de police ou ambulance ) , donc insonorisation laisse a désirer
Choix du petit déjeuner assez limité
Personnel de la réception était assez froid ( sauf une très jeune gentille ) , mais les serveuses du restaurant étaient glaciale ( même pas bonjour, ni au revoir ).
Je ne pense pas que l'on reviendra dans cet hôtel si nous revenons a Sofia

The temperature of the water is indeed 31 degrees during the winter and 29 degrees during the summer. Nice and comfy room laybe a bit small. Otherwise good services from the staff.

Très bon séjour en famille. Confort, accueil et service au top. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner : mi buffet - mi a la carte, obligé de stopper un serveur pour demander le fonctionnement. Dommage. Mais le Roof top avec vu sur les montagnes au loin parfait pour commencer la soirée. Merci aux personnels pour toutes les petites attentions.

Except the noise of air conditioning/ heater in the room , everything else was top notch!

The overall hotel layout was nice. Lots to do in the area. The hotel room was nice and upscale, but the shower drain was nearly nonexistent and water went everywhere even after a short shower.
