Wake up to the sounds of the surf at this exclusive Solana Beach oceanfront condo we lovingly call "Sea + Sol". Enjoy top-floor privacy and panoramic views of the Pacific from the large balcony. And, when you're ready to head to the sand, the staircase down to the beach is just steps outside the front door!

At Sea + Sol, you can relax in the cheerful, beachy interior with high ceilings and unobstructed ocean views from the master bedroom and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for a meal at home, plus a gas BBQ on the front patio.

Sea + Sol is a two bedroom, two bathroom, oceanfront condo in the Solana Beach & Tennis Club which is located in beautiful Solana Beach, California.

The Living Room:
- Open concept living/dining/kitchen with a contemporary-coastal design
- Sunny living room with ocean views, with sliding doors leading to a balcony with panoramic views of the coastline.
- TV with access to cable and Netflix

The Dining Room:
- Dining table with seating for six
- Wet bar with wine-fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Complimentary K-cup pods, sugar and creamer provided for guest use. Drip coffee maker also available

Guests have private access to the entire two bedroom condo and two reserved garage parking spaces. The condo complex has shared access to a pool, two hot tubs, four tennis courts, the beach, and the parking garage. Sea + Sol is located on the second floor unit of the 'Solana Beach and Tennis Club' . It is a top-floor, corner unit, so you'll have privacy and expansive views of the coastline. Sea + Sol is an oceanfront condo. Stairs just outside the unit lead down to the beach and ocean.

Guests will have access to a shared swimming pool (heated year round), two large spas, four tennis courts, a game room and covered parking (two reserved parking spaces).

This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. No Pets. Security Deposit Hold of $500 required prior to guest arrival.

The condo is just 5 minutes away from the Del Mar Race Track, so it's the perfect spot for someone who wants to experience the Surf and the Turf!

Solana Beach is a quietly beautiful coastal town with excellent dining and shopping options and a farmer's market - all within a few minute's drive of the condo (some are walkable!).

You can also enjoy an easy day trip to San Diego, which is just 20 miles away.

This condo does not have air conditioning, but gets a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months. No smoking is allowed anywhere in community. Parking garage is height 6'8".

Checked out after the first night

The BEST thing about this property was the view and location on the beach. It was beautiful. However, my positive review ends there unfortunately. Upon arrival, the keys to enter property are attached to a pair of fingernail clippers. There is a stale musty odor to the unit. There were hairs on furniture, cup rings left on the counters and ants in the bed. No air conditioning as listed but the screens are so dirty you hesitate to open windows. We checked out after the first night and reported the issues with the property manager. They contacted the owner who would not work with us at all even after asking them to reconsider. We ended up staying in La Jolla at a property managed by NXT and it was amazing and we had the best trip. The Solana beach property was a costly mistake for us. We didn’t expect a full refund but based on the issues we had and photos to prove it while had hoped to recoup some of our money. We’ve had so many great experiences with VRBO but this was not one of them.

Lovely stay in a great location

We lived in San Diego for a decade before moving away. We knew for our first trip back we would like to stay at the coast with two kids. This condo was perfect. It was very well appointed and had everything we could possibly need. We loved the location as we frequent to that area when we lived in San Diego. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was lovely to have beach access right outside our door and the beach in September is wonderfully empty. Communication with the property manager was easy and the sunset views were stunning. It is highly likely we will return to this condo on our next visit!

The View doesn't get any better

We spent a week at this condo over the Thanksgiving holiday. The property managers were very pro-active when we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. It was comforting to know that they would be very responsive if we needed anything. The kitchen was fully equipped and overall this rental is very clean and comfortable. Location was quiet and the sunsets every night made sipping wine on the balcony even more enjoyable as this property has a perfect unobstructed view of the ocean, Well done! We highly recommend this property.

Cliff - top beach views

Check-in was easy. The condo complex is older, but the manager has done a nice job of upgrading the appliances, unit nicely remodeled. The manager was communicative and available to answer any questions / address any needs. The location of this unit is wonderful. The complex as a whole was very quiet. The living space offers full ocean views, leave the sliding doors open for the sound of ocean waves, gentle ocean breeze. We even got to see pods of dolphins jumping and surfing the waves multiple times! Easy access to beach, walk across the road for restaurants, pharmacy, other amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Beachfront with spectacular ocean views

The location of the property is wonderful. With the beach easily accessed via the beach stairs. The property is clean and modern and is within walking distance of a CVS pharmacy as well as many shops, boutiques and restaurants. Nick was a wonderful host and would definitely stay at this property again.
