I have stayed in the jacuzzi rooms years past. The rooms have been remodeled and look horrible. The bathroom used to have a door to the tub the door is now a wall and kinda inconvenient to get into the tub. There were hairs in the tub so it was unable to be used. The microwave smelled like sweaty socks and was unable to be used. There is a bunch of old furniture sitting outsise the building. I should have been made aware of remodel and not been made to paid almost $200 for a crapy run down hotel. Will not be coming again.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The problem was that the hotel is old and completely rundown. So major improvements need to be made to this hotel.

Do not cheap out and go to this property. Check in staff was really nice. The location on the marina is the only nice part. Rooms need obvious updating. Room was dingy, felt dirty. Bed was extremely hard, felt like you were sleeping on a wooden plank. Bathroom needs updates as well. Shower was peeling. Towels had stains on them. I would have checked out if I wouldn’t have lost my money. Our first night there, the night staff had her kids with her and they were extremely loud, I could hear them when I was walking into my room on the second floor.

It was fine for our purposes. Clean enough. The staff was nice. There are some people living there and the first night we were there some children were running through the hallways yelling and slamming doors. That was not too bad but at about 10:00 two customers (one the parent of the aforementioned loud children) had a fight about making too much noise. This fight was right outside our door so was obviously disturbing. We did not have a smoke alarm in our room the first night just some open wires. We asked and they did install one.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. We ended up buying our own blanket to sleep with and checked out at 8 am Shower was gross Walls have painters tape around fixtures that have been there for awhile Blood on the bathroom floor grout Our door did not auto lock when exiting Dusty, dirty and grimy! I would like a full refund.

This place is really run down, don’t understand why the fresh paint throughout the facility was done poorly, paint drippings all over the place, on door handles, railings, stairs are covered with paint drippings. Not a quality job. Room was not cleaned

The room was not clean when we entered our room after we checked in. The bath towels were used and dirty, the floor in the bathroom was filthy, the carpeting in the room didn’t appear to have been vacuumed.

I had stayed here probably 12 times this past year and was always happy. but they may have a new owner that rehabbed the place and made it much worse. The work is so poor. The new beds seem to be such a downgrade. The tile floor has been done so sloppily. Laing and grout everywhere. I don't think I will ever be back again. They left paint all over the sidewalk and never cleaned it up. There was paint dripped all over the stairs and floor. Concrete outside had paint on it. It was the worst home improvement work ai have ever seen

Under our bed was dirty and gross. Sheets were not tight and kept coming off. Shower is less to be desired. Shower head is low and low water pressure. Smell of marijuana was strong in the hallways. Needs updating. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Safe surrounding areas.

Clean but dated

Facility is clean but dated and in need of some refurbishing. Staff was polite. Room was comfortable, spacious but tv was not working well (remote might need new batteries) and room had plaster on walls that had not been sanded or painted.
