The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was magical. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, well after 4pm which wasn’t good but they attempted to find a room that was ready. Eventually they found a room for us. The staff are always helpful, friendly and courteous.

The staff was so nice at check in and the room was beautiful! It was booked as a “city view” but I couldn’t really see the city just houses from our window. Despite that it was gorgeous and I would definitely book again! The restaurant next door was also amazing!
