Belle découverte à Sorento

Nous avons passé 3 jours et avons adoré! Propre, sympa, voir presque famillale, bien situé. On recommande sans limite!

Belle chambre spacieuse et bien décorée. Excellent petit-déjeuner pris sur la terrasse. Plein centre. Parking avec voiturier pratique et fiable. Une ombre: la literie, vraiment à revoir.

Hôtel de charme, au coeur de Sorrento.

Contre : Tout est parfait.
Emplacement : L'hôtel est au coeur de l'activité. Boutiques, restaurants, gare, tout est proche. Le personnel offre d'excellents conseils et informations.

I booked the junior suite room 26 on the top floor on December 23, and it is an an awkward and defective room. It is too-the-roof room with low ceilings and a weird half floor in the room. The sound insulation of the roof is non-existent and the skylights are not sound sealed. Because of the street party on 12.23, we could not sleep, so I asked for a different room at 12.45 am, and it was much quieter. At checkout I asked them to charge me for the standard room, and they said I paid thru Expedia, so there was nothing they could do. I just asked Expedia to call them and ask for same, and they lied and said both rooms were junior suites, so no discount needed. The suite had a kitchen and dining area and huge patio. The second was just a room. The service was stuffy and mediocre. The decor is pretty dated. The breakfast was just ok. You can find better among the many Sorrento hotels.

Dear Valued Guest,Thank you for staying with us for your one night stay.I'm sorry that you couldn't sleep because of the noisy. We are situated in the main square of Sorrento and you reserved a Christmas holiday so there was more nightlife then usual. The priority was to solve the noise and not the room size. The night porter showed you a different room (that was 35mtsq) situated on a different side and level from your room "26" that is also one of the most appriciated room of our hotel. However, as soon as you saw the new room we did not received any complaint and you were happy with the new room. We have just one standard room in the hotel that has two windows without view so it is not very fair to indict us that we downgraded your room. On our website there are plenty photos showing our personalized and absolutley modern touch and all rooms categories. You can easily see that the standard room showed is not the one you had. We have come to meet you in all the possible ways by offering you a room change and also we did not charge your rooms extra.We apologize we did not meet your expectations and we wish you to come back in a future to demonstrate the quality of our service and let you have a more comfortable stayWarmest regards, BarbaraGuest relation

The hotel was in the heart of the action of the city. Everything's in walking distance. The staff was great. The breakfast was excellent. The room was great. The outsourced parking was a good price and service was great. Wonderful experience. Will come back.

This was such a fantastic stay! I stayed here last week with my family, boyfriend, and brother's girlfriend, and everything was perfect. The staff were all so accommodating and kind. Every bedroom was different and unique and so adorable. The kitchen was one of my favorite spots, and it had a home-like vibe to it with stunning white tables and chairs and accents of yellows and blues. This is also located in the most fantastic part of Sorrento, and it is quiet and super safe!! I would make this the place I stay at every time I visit Sorrento because I know I will get fantastic service and a beautiful place to stay.
