Customer service was great. Tim the pit boss was awesome as well as the dealers. Other than the loss of cash but who likes to lose. LOL . If your passing through South Bend IN take the time to spend the night and have some fun.

The room was beautiful. Hotel was beautiful. The only real complaint was they wouldn’t clean the room. For $250 a night and we stayed 4 nights. They should have cleaned the room
