Nous n’avons Ă©tĂ© qu’une nuit et ce fut dĂ©sagrĂ©able PremiĂšrement la chambre no 110 Ă©tait trĂšs chaude Ă  notre arrivĂ©e l’air climatise n’a pu refroidir convenablement la chambre. L’endroit est trĂšs exigu trĂšs vieux ainsi que la minuscule chambre de bain en Ă©tat lamentable mais propre De plus pendant la nuit les gens au dessus de nous on tellement circulez dans leur chambre de deux Ă  quatre Heure du matin que cela nous a rĂ©veillĂ© MalgrĂ© tout le personnel sur les lieux nous ont bien reç. This review is based on the room and not the staff. The staff was supper nice and helped us with any problems/ questions we had. With that being said, we found that the smell of the bathroom would lead to bedroom. (Ex. If anyone used the bathroom the smell would come into the room). Even though bedsheets smelled clean, it had stains on pillows and bed sheet. The fridge in room was clean inside, but the border of it was really dirty. The heater looked burnt and we didnt even try to turn it on because we were scared it would either smell burnt or even burn itself. There is still some repair on wall and painting on walls that needs to be done. I feel like this hotel has potential, it just really needs to be taken care of.

What I loved most was the vibe of the hotel. It has a calm, laid-back energy that fits perfectly with Tahoe’s mountain setting. After full days out by the lake and walking around town, coming back to hotel felt like coming home. The location is super convenient, yet it still feels tucked away enough to stay peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

I don't know where to begin, I don't know if it's the fault of Hotels.com or the hotel itself. But first, let's start with the hotel description on the website. It's described as "deluxe" with two queen beds and a bathtub. And you get none of that. There are two full-size beds and no bathtub. The room was dirty, the microwave was dirty, the towels were stained, there were cobwebs in the bathroom. I don't think anyone could use the coffee maker because it was so dirty, and the person at the front desk is never there. If you need anything, you have to call on the phone for the front desk person to show up. The woman on the evening shift has a bad attitude. I think if they charge you for a deluxe room, you expect something, not necessarily five-star, but at least something that matches the description. I spoke with someone from Hotels.com about this problem, but it was too late to cancel the hotel; it was 11 pm. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. But the website or the hotel should change the description and be more accurate. Because this is not "deluxe" at all. The hotel's jacuzzi is small, only for 3 or 4 people, because if more people use it, the water overflows. Again, the description on Hotels.com is not accurate. There are no two queen beds, they are full-size.

No electricity in room and cleaning up and giving room took 4 hrs from scheduled time. Had to cancel the stay here finally and now struggling to get the money refunded.
