Easy check in and check out. We right on the lakeside so i could still see my child and husband playimg in the snow feom the room

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were so nice, especially the front desk girls. Our son gets carsick and we had a long drive; so we arrived in a less than desirable state. The ladies up front were cheerful, observant & prompt. Thanks for managing this with class & kindness.

Everything was wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay. One negative thing was the noise from the upstairs. We stayed on the 1 st floor, but we heard every move on the 2nd floor. It was loud, like someone was walking in iron shoes. Maybe add more carpet?

We were very impressed with the property. Loved the fireplace in the room. Room was just the right size for a weekend getaway!

Clean, comfortable, conveniently located. On-site “Boathouse” restaurant had good food and killer view. Facility is a bit dated but well maintained with ample cleaning staff.

Next to the beach, that's the only good thing I could say about this place, although that didn't matter for the winter season cause ski resort's are far from there, 27 minutes walk. Very overpriced and top of that $36 hidden fee as resort fee. There are plenty hotel/motel two three blocks from hevenly Ski resort. I would definitely tri them over this place.
