The property was nice. Staff was nice and turned on the gas fire pit for us. The beds were mediocre and housekeeping non existent. We had to make our own bed and change out our towels ourselves.

Has a motel vibe and not very family friendly. The room we had a very strong odor and our toddler was able to reach for the door handle and open the door easily. For the price I expected better amenities but the location is very walkable to many locations for dinner and shopping.

The beds were horrible, they were not comfortable and every time you moved or turned, the bed squeaked. Restaurant was not very good either, food was bad! Location was great though, because it's near everything. And they are pet friendly, which was the biggest plus.

No hot water because boiler broke. Took 35% off but not enough in my opinion. The carpet needs to be replaced..filthy. The breakfast was a big plus and the staff in the Tavern were awesome!!! It is my understanding that the carpet will be replaced. It was convenient to shops and gondola which was a real treat. Had a scary incident with two men probably on drugs and felt really threatened walking back to the hotel.

When I got there after reserving, I was told there wasn’t any hot water that the boiler had broke down. I was so looking forward to a hot shower as I just got done with a 8 hour ride with 3 hours of rain and hail. The front desk guy offered me a 35% refund OR to cancel completely. Apparently a refund was offered but that locked up the $$ on my credit card and I can’t use my Expedia credit which I used to help pay. I haven’t got anything saying I was refunded but it was only a few hours ago.

The stay was beyond unpleasant, from walking into the room and being hit with such a pungent smell to the mattress with a plethora of piss and poop stains and specs. Not to mention the nasty stains on the pillows, brown stains on towels, washcloths etc. Also finding multiple pieces of woman’s hair on our bedsheets and towels. The bed was also positioned in the most awkward spot, I couldn’t comfortably lay down without hanging off the bed, yet the longest part of the bed was the width. It was extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable for both me and my partner. The smell is one thing, but for there to be stains on almost every hotel provided commodities. And we already had to wait past 20 minutes after check in because the rooms were not ready, and then they were finally available just to be dirty..? Then the front desk lady gave us the option of choosing between a top floor room with NO hot water or a bottom floor with hot water, at this point already being 20 minutes past check in time. Tired from our travels and the urge to use the restroom we took an option we didn’t even want yet it was extremely disgusting. On our Anniversary. NEVER STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
