There was hair in our bathtub and hair in our towels. We wanted to use the steamer in the room, but it had mold in it. The pool area also smelled like feet and there seemed to be a plumbing issue because the water around the pool was not draining.

The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and always interacting with my kids in a very pleasant way. The down side: parking is valet only and you have to pay $30/day for that service. Also, there’s a resort fee of $45/ day plus tax. Steakhouse is overpriced and mediocre-but the staff in the steakhouse were absolutely amazing.

Sorry that included breakfast has disappeared. The entrance area is cold!! doors open at same time and cold air flows in . Revolving doors or one closing before other opens would be helpful.

The nominal fee allows guests to choose from fluffy pancakes piled high, housemade oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs every way you can imagine, and classic breakfast staples like bacon and breakfast potatoes. Hotel personnel were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel common areas and rooms were fresh and clean. The only issues we had were the valet and bell at check-in were overwhelmed and unsure. And, only 3 of 4 elevators were working most of the time and many of the up/down/arrival indicator lights were inoperative.
