The property is right at the center of everything in village at the gondola - so prime location for skiing, shopping, dining, and just hanging out. The staff are extremely friendly and so helpful. Loved the jacuzzi and activities center. Looking forward to a visit in the summer, winter exceeded my expectations!

Lake Tahoe and hotel nightmare

The whole weekend was wonderful but the hotel was not adequate for a couple outing.
The bed was not comfortable. The breakfast is included. Pastries, hard boiled eggs, oranges, bananas are given. There is nothing fancy about the place and for the price, I should have gone to the holiday inn. For a little bit more per night, there are better places...
At our arrival, the room was not cleaned and my wife and I had to wait for an hour in the car.

Perfect walking distance to the gondola, all restaurants, and shops. We came in the winter and had ample parking space, perfect size room and mini kitchen to prep some meals. Everything was super clean and modern!
The pool was in the 80s, loved being able to swim in winter. We look forward to coming in the summer time, too.
