Located in a gated community in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath Tahoe Woods townhome blends luxury, comfort, and unbeatable convenience. Just steps from the Heavenly Gondola and Heavenly Village, within walking distance of boutique shops, top-rated restaurants, Stateline casinos, the Tahoe Blue Event Center, and year-round entertainment. Whether you're here for skiing, lake adventures, concerts, or fine dining, everything is just outside your door.

This home comfortably sleeps and dines a family of 9 if children are included. Maximum occupancy is 8 adults, enforced 24/7.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for reconnecting after a day of adventure. Vaulted ceilings and large windows fill the space with natural light, while a stone fireplace and deer antler chandelier add warmth and mountain-rustic charm. Relax with a movie on the HDTV, enjoy board games or PlayStation.

The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, a large island with seating for three, a French-door refrigerator, a five-burner gas range, double ovens, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Beautiful spacious and clean!

Thanks so much for the great stay in this beautiful condo. The property is well situated in the South Tahoe area yet quietly tucked away. Everything was very clean and the kitchen supplies were well-stocked. Definitely would stay again and will recommend to others!

We wanted a location where we could walk to everything and this was perfect. The unit was very well maintained and had everything we needed to cook at home. We especially enjoyed the deck and gas grill. I would stay here again.

Cozy Comfort in the Heart of Tahoe

We had a wonderful stay at this South Lake Tahoe condo! The place was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location was ideal—just a short walk to both Heavenly Village and the lake, which made it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer without having to drive. Communication with the rental agents was also top-notch—quick, friendly, and helpful.A couple of things to note: the wood floors upstairs are a bit squeaky, and since this is a condo, you can definitely hear your upstairs neighbors. Most of the time, it wasn’t a big deal, but let’s just say we now know someone above us was training for a midnight tap dancing competition. Fingers crossed your upstairs neighbors follow the quiet hours!All in all, we’d definitely stay again and recommend this spot to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient home base in Tahoe!

Home was well equipped & very comfortable. Air worked well especially cause of record heat. Walking to lake & Heavenly Village very close House could use a few touch ups but overall worked out great for our Fam. There is a unit above. Can be irritating if kids above run & jump on floor. Patio needed attention.

Grateful for the Wide variety of pans, pots, spices etc which made it easy to make meals for our family of five. Spacious bedrooms with comfy beds provided restful nights of sleep. Easy to walk to the village and the casinos and the gondola for skiing. Despite the less than abundant snowfall this season, we still found some good runs up top and filled the evenings strolling the area. We had some trouble with the cable/TV and management extremely responsive and helped provide an alternative solution. Aside from hearing our upstairs neighbors’ kids run around some of the early mornings, it was the perfect vacation for us all!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse was very nice and clean. The only one major complaint is that it seem the walls are thin. You can hear everything. There were people staying in the unit above us and you can hear the kids and adults walking and running. You could hear people going up and down the stairs outside. Again it feels like the walls are very thin. The townhouse was very nice but unfortunately due to the noise level it wasn't the most relaxing experience.

Location, Comfort, and Convenience

The location is perfect! Walkable to the restaurants, casinos & shopping (Target soon to come). Being there in the snow made the convenience of a garage plus driveway made unloading super easy - thank goodness because we were there in the snow. The house itself is gorgeous and spacious! I feel like the pictures make it look smaller than it is; there is plenty of space. The kitchen is stocked really well; whoever decided what the basics are is someone who cooks. There's even a slow cooker! The large dining table & kitchen stools to hang out at plus living room seating has such great vacation vibes - very chill. I would say the only...and I mean ONLY challenge we had was the TV because the directions were not easy to figure out but we did after we tried a few things. Now back to the good stuff...the rooms are large and the beds are comfy. The bathrooms are gorgeous and have good water pressure. FYI: The kitchen and living area are on the second floor if you have a stairs issue for someone (we didn't).We all wished we were snowed in to stay longer. Absolutely will be back! If you need more than one rental house this is a great option with plenty of other rentals in this gated community. Communication was great with the rental agency - thank you!

First let me say that the place was really great; we especially loved the kitchen, dining room space/table, the decor, the auto bathroom lighting, the ease of the door lock system, the entertainment options, AC, the gated neighborhood (though I noticed while out walking the dog that the gate was open one of the nights at 1 am and I couldn't close it), the proximity to the attractions of So Lake Tahoe, and more. But I just wanted to let you know of a couple of issues: garage door key: I didn't figure out that the key went to the door to the garage for a couple of days; maybe a tag on the key would help. the medium-sized black spiders: We ended up needing to kill 4 of these in the downstairs rooms/bathrooms. I know the mountains have spiders but just wanted to let you know. AC fan in the multi-bed bedroom: The motor of what I think was the AC for that space was so loud that I could not have slept in that room. Fortunately, the teenagers were able to. It really doesn't sound right. The BBQ was not useable as it did not heat up past ~200 degrees. We had fresh trout but had to bake them in the oven after trying in the BBQ for 40 min. The propane was not the issue, btw.

Everything was nice and the kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook etc. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this one was one of the best well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The items were of good quality too. This will be on our return to places for sure.We had a small issue checking in with the door lock code. We made a call and it was quickly resolved. No issues at all.
