Even better is it is ground floor and has its own garden patio out back. You will enjoy being walking distance from the Gulf of Mexico and the Entertainment district.

Take a look at this kitchen. Between the granite and the stainless steel appliances, you will love being in here. Everything you need to make this your home away from home. You will want to return year after year.

The Primary bedroom is a king size bed. The en suite has a shower with handrails. The second bedroom has both a queen and a twin. The attached bathroom has a shower/bathtub. You also have a sleeper sofa. This condo sleeps 6.

Please note, this condo does not allow Spring Break Students. During the month of March, this condo is only allowed to be rented by the month. Young groups will not be allowed to rent here.
