Stay was okay ran out of toilet paper and had to call more then a few times. Room felt warm at night but they said the ac was working. The view was okay. Overall a solid 6.5 out of 10.

Overall, it was a good stay. There were just a few issues. The bathrobes provided were extremely rough, almost like sandpaper. Parking was also a bit challenging — finding a spot was difficult unless you opted for the much pricier valet service. There wasn’t much guidance on navigating the hotel either; you pretty much had to figure things out on your own. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and I only saw a few employees running around, which made it hard to ask for help. The elevators were another major issue — very slow and not working as efficiently as they should. On a positive note, the beach was absolutely perfect, and the short walk there was no problem at all. Just be aware that umbrellas and chairs come with an extra charge and are only available until 5 p.m. The rooms were amazing we got a partial view of ocean it was beautiful view!

Rented a huge 2 bedroom condo for my best friends birthday and my bedroom was extremely hot and muggy due to no ventilation in the room and engineering came and brought a fan and it still wasn’t comfortable to sleep in at all! For the high priced room we paid for and I was miserable and couldn’t sleep in a room that was paid for 2
