Just steps away from the beach, our newly remodeled 2BR/2B centrally-located condo is the perfect place for your vacation.

Our condo is located on the first floor and is less than a two minute walk to two beach accesses, Dollar General (where you can buy food & beverage for your stay) and steps away from Blackbeards, one of the best restaurants on the island.

We provide a full kitchen, washer/dryer, amenities in bathrooms, beach towels and toys and our complex also has a pool. STR License No. 2024-0167

Very clean and beautiful condo. It was nice how close the condo is to the beach. Blackbeard restaurant and Dollar General was at the end of the street which was convenient. It was nice also having access to the wagon and beach chairs. Overall we had a great time! Thank you!

We stayed here for 5 days 4 nights with 2 teens and a toddler and had more than enough room. The living room has a love seat and couch to enjoy movie night (no pull out bed). We used the local Netflix log in and unit wifi. The connection is good, and worked better than our cell's 5G.We had the pool to our selves during our stay and the water temp wasn't too cold. There are a total of 8 units that share the pool and it is well kept by grounds maintenance.There is a noise issue with the neighbor's AC humming when it's on, but it became white noise after a while (the issue has been addressed with them by the host). We could hear the neighbor's above waking around but it wasn't a big issue, quiet hour starts at 10 and we didn't hear much from them or the spring break crowd off the main street. The host is quick to respond and will be looking to correct the build up of rust on the ice box. We bought our own ice, no problem. The beach is a short 5 min walk and has a passage way through a small park with a table and wash station to rinse off the sand. In short this place was one of the best places we've rented in the SPI area and we will be returning and referring friends and family! She also has a high chair, kid utensils and a small chair to reach the sink and toilet. Very accommodating to our 4 year old. Thanks Sonia!

Best stay ever. Condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Host communicated very well making sure we had everything we needed for our stay of 2 weeks. I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying again when we are back in SPI.

Great experience

To sum it up in two words, accommodating and comfortable. We felt like we were at home. The beds were very comfortable and overall a great experience for the family and I. Location was convenient for going to the beach as well as the stores.Highly recommend!

Tranquil Stay

This listing is wonderful. We have been traveling to SPI for years. This place is a literally no stone unturned. You need to pack your clothes and that’s it. Beach towels provided, toys provided, wagon provided. All the things! Excellent response from the owner as well. No sand in the car! Walking distance to the beach with a nice pool even in the back. Will be back and will definitely love to stay at this place again with my littles.
