Families-only beachfront condo
Newly renovated and completely refurnished. Two bedroom / Two bath beachfront condominium. Two 42" flat screens in each room with smart tv. A 55" Flat smart tv screen in the den.

This unit is located on the fifth floor and overlooks the swimming pool to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Sleeping accommodations include a king-size bed in the master room and two queen-size beds in the guest room. Two full baths.

Maximum occupancy 6 people.

Enjoy the comforts of this beautiful remodeled and decorated unit in the family oriented property of The Beach House Condominiums.

This condo was conveniently located, clean, cool, and comfortable. We appreciated the hard surface path to the beach, enjoyed the pool, and hot tub. Nice to have beach towels and chairs.Not so great--upgrade on bath linens needed. Short on toilet tissue and paper towels. Couldn't use LR TV without logging in to a streaming service.

We had a great time at the condo! They left beach chairs and umbrellas and toys in the closet! I was excited that SPI was able to rent us chairs and umbrellas because on vacation I don’t want to have to haul a million things up and down! The condo was clean, beds, comfortable. There was plenty of cookware to use. I wish there could have been loungers on the patio but it is a smaller size! Being towards this end of the beach was less busy than further up! Overall it was a great stay!

Great Location/Clean/Upgrated

I traveled with 4 small children and my spouse. 6 people in total. It is very hard to find affordable, nice family friendly condos anywhere, and I can say this one was wonderful for my young family. I travel often with my family and I can tell you from experience this condo was most definitely well equipped! It provided with all the essentials plus more! There were towels, toiletries, books, board games, beach toys for the kids and even foldable chairs to take to the beach! Everything was super clean, and well kept. I was very pleased with my stay. The grounds of this location is exceptionally well kept! Kudos to the maintenance/ landscape crew. Everything very well kept, and clean. The pools were perfect for the kids. Not too big and not too small, just right! The walk to the beach was close and that's a big deal. I've stayed at SPI before, beachfront, and to get to the beach board walk was difficult and far, so it was very nice for a change.A few Cons:There was some sort of generator behind a door on the balcony. It wasn't in the way but it was so so loud. I could hardly enjoy the sound of the waves when I sat out to enjoy a cup of coffee. It did shut off every now and then and we got to enjoy a few quiet moments.The living room television was hard to navigate and the remote never worked, I think it needed batteries but I never bought any. Also the washer was very small but worked well, and the dryers' filter was a total nightmare. But it did dry my cloth

Perfect location

Other than a few small glitches, it's a very nice property just steps away from the beach. It was too cool to use pool but the hot tub was a nice addition! Good communication with host. Anything that was missing from kitchen, she had delivered shortly after I requested it. Thank you! The only big negative is that they were doing construction on the building but the host did advise us of that before our stay and gave us the option to cancel. We were on the fifth floor so elevator and cart to haul stuff up and down was nice to have available. Only big suggestion I have is to maybe have more comfortable patio seating. We spent a lot of time out there just watching people on the beach.

Did not live up to the reviews other than the location


After driving for six hours with small children, we arrived to the condominium only to find a cleaning crew still working. Apparently they did not know we were coming. While the owner did reimburse us a $120 cleaning fee, I would have rather arrived and been able to unpack and relax. This did not start off our stay very well. You could not get into the bathrooms or bedrooms to take care of things. In addition, the icemaker had not been set to on, so there was absolutely no ice in the freezer. We had stopped by a Walmart on the way to the island to pick up a pre-ordered grocery purchase so that we would not have to do any more shopping. Unfortunately, we noticed that there was no coffee provided for the guests. I have traveled many times, and owned two VRBO rentals in Fredericksburg, Texas, and I have never experienced a place that did not provide coffee for the guests. In addition to that, there was only shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. There was no body soap whatsoever, so we had to add that to our grocery list. The cleaning service only provided three dishwasher pods, which was not enough for our stay. I could go on, but all I can say is be sure you think of every single little detail as far as kitchen goods go before you stay here, or do your shopping AFTER you arrive and take inventory. We also had issue with the Internet and television service. A gentleman came up and attempted to help us. He indicated that there was some kind of a glitch on the island with the

Great Beach House!

This condo was outstanding! Lots of room, beautiful view, easy access to the beach. It is walking distance to restaurants and stores. The two pools are great. We will likely stay again.

Great Location

My family and I really enjoyed the condo. It is in a great location and a smaller property so not as crowded at the pool or beach. The condo had a great layout and had very nice updates. Would definitely recommend the property and stay here again.
