WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
We're pleased to invite you to stay in our cozy 2 bedrooms and 2 bath vacation home. You'll enjoy the view from the living area and patio. You'll enjoy a scenic view of our amenities and of the lovely beach. The patio has seating for 4 with 2 small tables. Sit out and enjoy the view with friends or family over a nice cup of coffee. When you first enter, you'll notice our living area has plenty of seating and seats 8. The living area also has a glass square coffee table, perfect for doing a puzzle or playing some board games. Curl up with the whole family or friends in the living area and enjoy a movie on the flat screen tv.
The dining area features a glass, circle table that seats four. There are also 2 armchairs and a small table. Additional seating for three is located at the breakfast bar.
Make a wonderful breakfast with groceries from the nearby Blue Marlin grocery store with the fully equipped kitchen. Our kitchen is equipped with major appliances, and extras that should help out during your trip.
Our primary bedroom has a comfortable King bed. It also has two bedside tables with two lamps. Overhead lighting and a ceiling fan, also help after a hot day out on the beach. The primary bathroom features a double sink and a walk-in shower. Take advantage of our linen exchange and get fresh linens from the Padre Island Rentals 24 Hour Guest Welcome Center.
The guest bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds in the room. That should provide plenty of room for whoever you bring along! The guest bathroom has a single sink and a walk-in shower.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier, beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, outdoor bar & grill, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds and bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment, as well as chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is located within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

The property was beautiful my family and I had a wonderful time.

The property was great the only negative was that the older white man checking me in decided to give me a lecture on how many parking passes I could have there were 7 of us and we had 2 vehicle’s. After a long trip from AZ it was the last thing that was needed. Besides that we no longer had to have an encounter with that person while on vacation. It is a beautiful place my husband and I are thinking of buying in the area.

Dirty and buggy

I actually rented another condo just down the hall during this same visit to the island for my family. This condo was dirty. Two separate calls were made to the rental office about ants and little spider/flea bugs in the kitchen. Every dish and glass and pan had to be washed prior to use, as they had visible soil on them. Most sheet and loaf pans were so filthy, I chose not to touch them. Ants swarmed our Christmas rolls on the counter, despite our best efforts to keep all food covered or in the refrigerator. Where the sink met the counter was gross with dirty gunk and teeming with these little crawling insects. The pantry shelves had tacked down plastic with visible soil under them. The unit was stated to sleep 8, but there were only silverware for 4-6 people. The internet and tv didn't work on our arrival. I called the rental office and was subject to a lengthy discourse about Spectrum service and that the whole island was out. After checking with several friends staying elsewhere on the island, I found out this was not true. After further inspection I found the modem wasn't connected correctly. There were no beach chairs or beach toys available for our use.

Not As Advertised

Will definitely not book if managed by SPI rental company, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ‌The place was okay, but definitely not beachfront properly as advertised, was not clean, beds are HARD and a small issue with roaches. The property company is professional when you check in, but will not answer calls once you do, Don’t call with issues because they will hang up on you and could careless if your standing out side with a 3 month old baby in the heat. Basically wasted a WHOLE VACATION DAY dealing with an issue getting into rental. Will not consider rebooking again..

Winter Vacation in Padre Island

We love South Padre Island. This was our second visit and we had a great time. Our condo was nice, clean, updated and in a perfect location. We had trouble with WiFi and cable that was caused from our lack of knowing how to use the equipment. Property management came by very quickly and fixed us right up. We really appreciated the super quick response! Well done Saida and Padre Island! We will return!
