WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
Welcome to our beautiful vacation home. As you enter, you'll see our lovely living area filled with exotic tropical decor with a touch of vintage-esque pieces. Complete with plenty of seating, you'll enjoy late-night talks around the coffee table. It's also perfect for a movie night with all the snack food you can eat. It's a cozy area with fantastic decor.

Our dining area seats 4 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar. They are next to a large window, where you can dine by the island sun. The kitchen touts plenty of counter space to create a buffet or a delicious meal. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal with dessert. It also features a double sink, an over-the-range microwave, and a pantry.

The primary bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Here you can relax after a long day of looking at the sights. The ensuite full bath features a single sink and walk-in shower complete with double shower heads and a built-in shower bench. You can clean off after a day at the beach.
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Get a restful night's sleep in this relaxing room. The guest bathroom has a single seat and walk-in shower.

Sunchase Beachfront Resort offers plenty of room for you and your family to enjoy. The large yard allows kids to play while you watch from your spacious second-floor balcony. The large, spacious pool is perfect for you and your family to lounge around and cool off after a great day on the beach. The kiddie pool is ideal for little tikes to walk and splash while parents and guardians sit alongside them. POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

The condo was great, while I worked my wife and daughter enjoy the convenience of the beach, and the large pool. The condo was very nice, the beds were super comfy, and the layout was perfect. It was very quiet with no crowds. We will be back for sure!!!!

Great place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach is the best walking beach we have been to. The view from the deck is great-you can see the beautiful pool as well as the gulf. Pool is really nice. The condo is very well stocked and easily accommodates guests.

It is just as advertised: cozy, great location, and clean. We loved that many restaurants are walking distance, the ocean and the pools very close. Overall great experience! The check-in and check-out is inconvenient: not only it’s double process - one for the keys and another for the parking. But you also need to drive somewhere else to get and drop off the keys.

Description of place was accurate. Clean and nice. Well stocked kitchen. Directions to property could be updated as had a little difficulty finding property. Also need to update instructions as to where trash dumpster is located. Otherwise, I’d probably stay here again if I came back to Padre.

The property is very comfortable and nice, spacious, modern kitchen and all you need as far as appliances and linens, towels, etc. My only downside would be the carpet in the bedrooms but other than that everything was great. Would definitely stay there again and recommend.

Very nice, minus a couple hiccups

The Good: This is a really lovely condo, very beautifully decorated with a nice kitchen and comfortable furniture. Definitely one of the nicer Sunchase condos I've stayed in. My mother and I enjoyed staying here, and my reduction of one star does not reflect our feelings about this condo or Sunchase Beachfront, which we love. The Less Good: Although the condo was mostly very clean and tidy, I did notice old empty food/drink trash under the master bed. I just happened to see it when I got down on the floor to get something I dropped. It seemed very strange that housekeeping missed it, and we did leave a note about this for the next cleaning. The Bad: Unfortunately, our nice visit got off to a rough start. After arriving and checking in with Padre Island Rentals, the company that manages this unit, we got to the condo to discover that the entry code did not work. After two other codes did not work, either, it was determined that the battery must be dead. They told us they were sending someone with a key, which we expected to take around 5-10 minutes, but in actuality left us standing in the parking lot in the dark for over an hour waiting while stressed and tired (not to mention being eaten by mosquitoes) after our 10-hour drive. I called back multiple times to check on the status of the key, repeatedly reassured that it was coming soon, and then finally found out the employee bringing the key could not find us, so I needed to give him directions
despite this being the same person who just handed us printed directions at check-in. We were standing right outside of this condo unit the whole time, and it was evident that he had never been to Sunchase and didn’t know his way around. He did apologize for the delay, and I know it wasn’t intentional, but I do think that how any organization handles an unexpected problem says a lot. (By contrast, the Sunchase security guard was incredibly professional and kind, and even waited with my mother and me the whole time so we were not alone.) I was curious to find out if anyone would offer us some form of compensation or a future discount for the trouble, but we didn't hear from anyone after the physical key was delivered, even though they had indicated someone would come by to replace the battery in the keypad. I really hope it does get replaced and the next guest does not have the same stressful experience we had!
