Only thing I would say is paying a lot of money to stay at the hotel and then you have to pay for the pool is a joke. The room did not get clean during the stay.

So excited to stay in this 4 star hotel for my holiday with my family. Room was good for a family of 4. That's where the pleasant experience ended. First day at breakfast which ended at 9am (Friday) we enter at 0830. Had to ask for the majority of the breakfast to be replenished. The waitress was surprised when I asked for bread for toast. It took 20 mins for all the breakfast to be replenished. Asked for brown sauce but Apparantly they had run out and the delivery hadn't come. We then went to look at the pool. Again reviews said it was free but was told each person had to pay £5 each time . Also if you left you had to pay another £5. So my son aged 6 had to pay the same as me. I discussed this with the receptionist who said the manager was ill and my observations not complaint's would be written down. The manager would be back Monday which I replied we will have left so my observations would fall on deaf ears. He agreed though that this was poor service and not the standard the hotel aspires to. In our 3 day stay we didn't see housekeeping once and on our 3rd day had to ask for fresh towels. When we checked out, the same receptionist said we were all payed up. He didn't ask about our stay or if I wanted to fill out the form. A real disappointment to our stay and I'm struggling to give the hotel a 3 star rating.

Where do I start. No bar meal available. When I complained, all I got was ‘I’m only an employee can’t do anything about it’….. Booking said ‘ golf course room view’. View was other bedroom windows. Paid top price for room. £5 extra to use gym wow. No towel given when in gym. Dried myself with my shorts. Will never use Expedia again. False advertising. Shocking to be honest. Oh I forgot, hotel can’t do poached eggs in the morning. Really, it’s not hard!! Stayed in 100’s hotels, never had a ban on poached eggs. Staff badly trained. Not customer focused at all. Needs shutting down or converting to a illegal migrant hotel, make them suffer instead!

Twice messaged to ask if bar was open for the last day of holiday. No one got back to me. When I arrived I wax checked in then told… oh it’s just closed now! Room for three people but only things for two people. Disappointed .

Staff are rude.

The staff were plainly rude in the restaurant. The meal was a child’s portion and they didn’t like it when I raised a complaint. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Note that they charge extra if you want to use the gym.

The staff are really friendly. The rooms are nice and the surroundings very nice. There is a bar and restaurant. We sat out drinking beer on the patio, we used the golf driving range for a small fee. There is a swimming pool and gym on site. We didnt uae these, there is a £5 fee per use of these facilities.
