Nice property. Close to The House on The Rock. Family stayed and had a nice time.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Unique round barn structure with indoor swimming pool was great for kiddo. Outdated loud HVAC system in room, mattress was uncomfortable and too hard for my liking. Very inexpensive basic shower head with not great pressure. Unique suite with lofted bedrooms and small spiral staircase but weird that loft looked into master. Attached restaurant closed on Sunday with no food served.

We do thank you for staying with us. Glad to hear that the kids enjoyed the pool. The Family Suite is unique....the whole room had been updated a few years back, the only thing that did not change was the spiral staircase. We will have maintenance look into the HVAC in the room and in bedroom. Lofted bedrooms is just that, it does look down from below, the suite is an open concept. Sorry to hear that the room was probaly not what you were expecting. The restaurant is Kelly's Coffee House, they rent the restaurant end from us. They only do Monday - Saturday. There is a good place down the road from us called Anita's for breakfast.We will take in consideration on your review. Thank You.

Could use improvement

Decent place for fair price.
Publié le 23 oct. 2023 sur HotelsPleasant location in nice little town which was resplendent in autumn colors. Very handy to House Built on a Rock and Taliesin. Easy check in. Very large room. Comfortable bed. Good linens. Clean. Sign in bathroom advised that jetted tub had been disabled and drain plug removed, and that only shower should be used. The vertical blinds could not be opened. Pool was inviting, but I didn't go in. Very decent place for the price.

Historic older building, with all the charms and limits that implies. Exceedingly clean, quiet and well-maintained. We're happy.

This property brought out the charm of the area , it had a very interesting history of it's development, maybe a little difficult to find a ample selection of dining, but we enjoyed our stay very much
