This amazing luxury home sits right on the Weeki Wachee River with crystal clear water in your backyard. See Manatees, Dolphins and all types of aquatic life up close! Home includes 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Sleeps 12 in beds. Huge windows overlook the river with a gas fireplace, Bose Surround Sound and a kitchen fit for a gourmet chef. Sit back in our theater chairs and enjoy the vacation you deserve.
Beautiful bar includes commercial grill, ice bin and seats 10 comfortably.
There are 8 kayaks for guest use and too many amenities to list!

The house was simply amazing. Rooms were very spacious. Beds were super comfortable. Access to the river was very convenient. We had plenty of kayaks for everyone. Not to mention, the views were incredible. This house is perfect for families and friends for a short getaway or a week long stay. We'll definitely be back. Love it!

2nd time staying at this fantastic home - excellent experience - great location - easy kayaking, easy access to the bay to scallop, manatees/dolphins swim by frequently. Our family and friends enjoyed all of it!

Family getaway

Wonderful! We saw lots of manatees and loved using the kayals. I especially loved mannatee watching from all the windows overlooking the river on all levels of the home! The kids caught fish and crabs. Love this place!

Absolutely beautiful home! Immaculately clean. Great outdoor space. Plenty of kayaks and ores. This house had everything we needed (towels, kitchen utensils, outdoor supplies, shampoo, conditioners). Every boat and person that cruised by looked and looked at the house. We had so many compliments from boaters on what a beautiful house it was. We had a wonderful time.

Amazing House!

The Weeki Watchee river never disappoints and this house was an amazing bonus that made the experience even better! The house is luxurious but what made our trip memorable was the downstairs area on the water! We had everything needed down there and the full bath was a great bonus!!

Beautiful house

The house was comfortable and beautifully furnished. Everything we needed was there, and our family so enjoyed the week we spent there. Grandkids loved using the kayaks and watching the manatees. Owner was very kind and responsive.

Weeki wachee

We stayed we with friends. Plenty of room for everyone. Good location on the river, we were able to kayak to all the poplilar spots to see the manatees. Boys enjoyed fishing and the girls enjoyed sunbathing all from the dock.

Amazing !!

The property was great layout for big family or two and situated right on the water. The easy access to water and enough kayaks to accommodate a crowd at this home increased the appeal.i the house is an ideal location to spend time with the manatees or longer paddle out to the gulf. Thanksgiving Tradition

This house was a perfect selection for our annual Thanksgiving getaway. This house is home away from home, was stocked with about everything you would need. Having access to kayaks was an added benefit being right on the water. The owners were helpful and responsive when I had questions. Don’t hesitate book this house it’s the perfect spot.

Perfect home to enjoy time with your family

The home is very well maintained and thoughtfully appointed. it hade everything that we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and the views of the river from the living room. Sitting outside on the deck, we saw abundant wildlife including hawks, fish, and manatees. We used the provided kayaks to explore the beautiful Weeki Wachee. We had a wonderful stay.

Amazing Reunion of Family

After 20 years, we reunited with our cousins from New York for an amazing long weekend at this beautiful property. It was wonderful to have the spacious room for everyone to have their time to themselves as well as be able to have catch-up conversations and small groups while others enjoyed other parts of the property we enjoyed swimming, kayaking and watching boats go by as we enjoyed meals on the gorgeous patio and dock! Highly recommend this property for your getaways!

Perfect Location
