This two bedroom 2nd floor unit is located in Springboro, Ohio and near so many great places, such as Dorothy Lane Market, Warped Wing Brewery, and many other great restaurants and stores. This cute 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment has everything you need for a short of longer term stay. I-75 is just 10 minutes away, University of Dayton is 20 minutes, and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base is 30 minutes.



To enter this apartment you will walk to the side of the building and climb the patio stairs, which is about 20 steps. Upon entering the home you will right in our full-equipped kitchen which opens up to our living room with a large sectional couch, dining for four, and a Roku TV.



The queen bedroom comes equipped with a ceiling fan and Roku TV. There is also a very comfortable twin bedroom with two beds. The bathroom is a standard size with a shower / tub combination.



You will find the full size washer and dryer tucked away in a closet in the living room.



You will have one parking space for this unit, but there is free parking on the street. There are two other units in this building, so they share the driveway with you.

Cute and a good location for me BUT I spent 30 minutes just trying to get into the unit, at 11pm at night. This was because their internet was down and the locks must be powered by an internet connection so I couldn't use the usual lock. So, yeah, I had no internet connection for 3 days! Then the owner told me to get the physical key from the front doors keybox, which I tried. But that was the wrong door! He meant the door to my unit, but he said the front door. (This building has multiple units.) That was a miserable experience. Other than that, it was cute and nice!

Nice owner but A/C Didn't work

The owners were good, communicated once I called in the issue, but the issue never got properly resolved. When we arrived the maintenance was working on the A/C, it worked the first night, but could not keep up during the day. It was also worked less the 2nd night. I honestly feel a partial refund is due because of this major issue, especially during the summer.
