People were very nice, room was expensive for being so outdated. Breakfast was good, but should have had bumble berries or jam.

Property charged me extra for my small children even though I showed proof that I had made the reservation and included my children and their ages upon booking with Travelocity. I asked that a manager review and call me to discuss which they never did. When I asked at check out if I had been charged extra the person indicated “no, you’re all paid up” - I was indeed charged extra. This is the first hidden fee I’ve experienced like this at any hotel I’ve ever booked with Travelocity. I will not recommend this hotel in Zion.

Thank you for your reservation with our property and supporting our family-owned business. Your reservation listed two children aged 0. We do not charge for children under 3 years of age, however, since your children's ages were not accurately reflected on the reservation, there were additional charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over the way third party reservation sites convey extra person charges and the fine print, and can only go off of the ages and information that they forward to us from what is input at the time the reservation is made. We apologize for any misunderstanding on our part and that a manager didn't call you to further clarify the situation.

I absolutely love staying at the Bumbleberry Inn. The proximity to town, Zion National Park, and the staff are all wonderful here. I stay here every time I am in Springdale. I love going to the grocery store down the street and grabbing fresh vegetables and fruits for the animals behind the Inn. It's a wonderful experience!

Amazing place to go with the family, great location and service. The farm animals at the back were so fun to meet.

Customer service at the check in desk was amazing, best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel, very clean and comfortable. Only negative is the walls are thin so kind of noisy.
