The lights in the room were horrible - extremely bright bulbs with no shades on them. Not to mention they were hideous. Carpeted rooms are gross in my opinion. The restaurant staff sat us at a balcony table above the trash bin. In 105 degree heat the smell was overpowering. We informed them and we moved ourselves. They sat someone else at the table right after and they left the restaurant. The waiter asked us if we wanted plates to share the apps then never came back. We walked to the front to pay our tab and cut our meal short. Food was good but staff poorly trained.

Anniversary Trip

Spent our 10th anniversary here and could not have asked for a better experience. The hotel is a short (5 minute) walk from the park entrance and is serene. As we arrived to our room, a deer greeted us and we saw several during our 1 day stay. Room was amazing!

The property was amazing. The pool was a good size and nice and warm. The room was amazing and the staff at check in were awesome. Needed a crib brought to the room and they did it right away. If ever back near Zion, I’d certainly stay here again

Stayed in the suite no.137 Balconcy was full of leaves thus hard to use. Shower water pressure was terrible as well as drainage. Not so friendly staffs at the restaurant. After waiting for more than 10 minutes to see waitress chitchating with customers, we gave up the breakfast. I do NOT recommend this place. And of course I will never go back.

We had an amazing time at the Cliffrose! The service was outstanding and the ambience was spectacular. We had the mountains all around us! We were so amused to see deer roaming around the grounds. The Zion National Park entrance is just walking distance. It's a must stay!
