Start your day off with a coffee in our perfect updated kitchen with beautiful granite countertops. Play fun games of foosball with your friends and family. The living room includes a comfortable sectional, wood fireplace and a Smart TV including board games for entertainment. Sleep like a baby in the master bedroom on a luxurious king premium mattress. Other bedrooms also include premium mattresses. Get busy on your laptop or read a book using the desk as a workspace. Gorgeous bathrooms.

Everything Was PERFECT!

Our week long stay here was very comfortable! We found everything as described. It was a busy schedule and the kitchen provided cookware/bakeware/utensils needed to prepare meals. Host responded quickly with our questions. We found the location quick off the interstate and easy getting to restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend the Marketplace Grill nearby.

Quick and easy

We needed a place to stay just for a night. We were thrilled to find a place that allowed a one night rental the next day! The house was very clean, had all the linens we needed for a family of 7 and the living space and yard were large enough for us to feel comfortable for the short time we were there.

Great location to see all of NWA

Saw this property outside of Fayetteville for a game day basketball game. Didn’t want to go crazy on pricing and this place was perfect. Super clean, comfortable, and the host check out instructions were super easy. Chris also gave us an early. Check in when we arrived early. And didn’t mind texting me with his cell phone. Really enjoyed the stay and will use it again for other game days.

UARK Family Weekend

It was the perfect house for our stay for Family weekend at the University of Arkansas. We stayed with friends and it accommodated all our needs. It was very clean and the perfect size for our three couples. We would definitely recommend staying here for a clean spacious place not far from campus. It is about a 10-15 minute drive from the University.
