Toliet seat was falling off. I tightened it. Phone in the room doesn’t work. Bed needed turned the edges kind of sinking in.
TV was nice. Pillows great

Publié le 22 mars 2024 sur HotelsWe absolutely loved our stay! There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The pool & hot tub was the silver lining for all of us! Breakfast, service, & cleanliness was great! The cleaning staff even helped me out tremendously by giving me a large trash bag to transport our wet swimsuits on the long drive home. She really was super sweet & I still say she is an Angel!

The beds in the room were surprisingly comfortable and the suite size was great. The pull out sofa was super uncomfortable and the sheets we were given to use for it were still damp. The indoor pool was small but enough for kids. Breakfast wasn’t great.

All three beds in our room are VERY stained. The sheets are too small and kept popping off all night. The pullout bed had something stuck to the inside of the cushion that obviously had not been wiped. The staff told us they had not done laundry so they had no extra blankets. We bought a blanket at a nearby Walmart. The pool was out of towels, the lady handed us a pile and asked us to stock them for her-the next morning they were all gone again. We had to restock their towels again. We only talked to two staff members but both were very unfriendly and unkept themselves. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this really made our stay a lot more stressful than it needed to be:( very disappointed
