The building is kind of old and a bit run down. The lobby is shabby. However, the person I checked in with was incredible. I arrived very early and she accommodated my request to get a room. She was friendly and responsive to questions that I asked.

We had a second floor room that was right outside the coffee shop bar restaurant that played music till almost 3:30 in the morning on the Sunday night we were there so I can't really say we had a very restful night because the music was very loud and it was not insulated enough in the room to not hear it

I stayed here on a solo trip for work and it was actually really nice! The property and rooms were very clean. The front desk worker was very nice and friendly. The parking was plentiful and very easy. The breakfast was very good as well! I’ll definitely be staying here for my future trips to Springfield.

The staff is great. I always arrive ahead of check in, simply because of my itinerary in the town. Staff always makes sure that if there isn't a room avaiable yet, my bags are taken care of and in my room when I arrive back later.
