The lady at the front desk was plesant. The room the flooring was moving and had several pieces of flooring cut out. The comforter on my bed had several burn holes. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were small and poor quality. I guess you get what you pay for!

Unsafe, horrible stay

Had dif curtains and decor in windows of the "suite" side. It was clear people were permanently living there. Upon arrival there were numerous people hanging out in the parking lot with people driving around. I immediately requested refund because we felt it was unsafe and was told no. There was no availability nearby or would've left. The hallways smelled of weed, a dog was barking across the hall, there was black mold in the bathroom, boogers by the bed, cigarette holes in the duvet of our non smoking room. A man stopped us in the parking lot and warned us about it being a bad side of town and “not to stay there without a gun.” The following day we were solicited to buy antiques from a resident of the hotel out of his car. It was unsafe and absolutely disgusting! The front desk was no help at all. Do not recommend at all, ESPECIALLY for families. Will not return.
