Awful

The front desk lady literally used her master key to come in our room at 8pm while we were sleeping because her “system” didn’t show us registered. She never knocked or announced herself once. We had checked in at 2pm with our keys. Luckily we had the extra lock on so she was only able to open the door partially as my naked husband was coming out of the bathroom. We shut the door, she called saying we weren’t registered we gave her our name and hung up. She called back within 5 minutes to tell us she found us. I told her my husband has surgery in 7 hours and to quit bothering us.

I love the employees here, I am blessed to call them my friends, super funny and so kind and respectful, I can’t wait to reserve another night here and see them all again

Not a great stay....

Outside of a drug addict almost dying in the parking lot by my room and the homeless folks all over the place in beat down rvs and roaming the grounds and the fact my shower did not have a shower curtain and all the loud talk and chatter at all times of day and night ....it was a lovely stay in good old Spingtucky (Springfield). Suffice it to say I won't be staying here ever again and a reco to those folks with a bit of decency left in them to avoid it as well. My recollection of M6 was never great but never this bad. I was originally booked at another hotel closer to my destination but my schedule changed and screwed up those reserv's and I hurriedly grabbed this location. Ouch. The folks I interacted with from the staff were fine and helpful when asked so no knock on them but the condition of the exterior and the area is really bad.

Shanty town

Homeless everywhere the parking lot was full of broken cars rvs being lived in it was not an inviting site. Our room had had the tv punched and broken no discount for broken tv. Last motel 6 for me.

It said air conditioning, but we couldn't find the air conditioning unit. It was warm in the room . I had to open the window a little to let the cool air in.
